Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your 3D print or sticker must be in its original condition and packaging, with no signs of use or wear. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

Returns Process:

To initiate a return please contact our customer service team. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we'll provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.

Shipping Costs:

The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the return, except in cases wheres the item was damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped.

Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned item and verify that its in its orignal condition and packaging, Custom digitals Vr will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Timing:

Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed and appear on your account. Refunds may take longer to process during peak periods.

Exchanges:

We dont offer exchanges at this time. If you'd like to exchange your item, please follow the returns process and place a new order for the desired item.
