Custom Digitals Vr is a contract for hire service that works with customers to create custom 3d models, immersive enviroments, 3d prints, graphic designs and other digital products based on their ideas and specifications. Custom Digitals Vr acts solely as a service provider, customers are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate rights and permissions to use any intellectual property in their product design submitted to Custom Digitals Vr. Please note that Custom Digitals Vr does not own the rights to the 3d files(fbx,glb,obj,fbx) downloaded 3rd-party. Customers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Custom Digitals Vr products for personal or commercial purposes as specified in this licensing agreement, customers do not own the copyrights to 3d print(files) purchased thru Custom Digitals Vr and cannot sell or redistribute as a stand alone product without written permission from content creator provided by Custom Digitals Vr.
Custom Digitals Vr is simply compensated for the time and effort (work-hours) spent designing custom digital products/projects, and assumes no liability/responsibility for intellectual property disputes that may arise from the use of this service, and that customer agrees to indemnify and hold Custom Digital Vr harmless from such disputes.
